Whether you're an experienced Artist or just starting out - you'll find all you need at Hafod on our 5 day break. Join us and become immersed in the Art of your choice, or take the opportunity to relax and do as much - or as little - as you like, during your stay.
We offer four residential places from Easter to September each year; for all abilities and ages, and completely flexible to the needs of each individual.

If you can't manage a week's holiday, would like some professional advice, or if you'd just like to spend a relaxing day drawing and painting, then why not try and Art day?
Art days are held weekdays throughout the year, and are designed to be an enjoyable, relaxing experience.

For those who live more locally, an Art course represents great value for money. Sessions run from 2-4pm, and 7-9pm on Mondays and Tuesdays, and at other times by arrangement.
For those with a preferred drawing or painting medium we're quite happy to tailor tuition accordingly, feel free to call me and discuss in advance.

Arrive for Lunch just after midday on the Monday, and tuition starts as soon as you're ready! If you have previous work then please feel free to bring this along, and we'll start with an appraisal of your work.
Our aim is to give you a relaxing, yet stimulating time; we can adapt to your individual needs or offer a more structured timetable according to your wishes.
Each day tuition starts around 9.30 (following breakfast) until around 4.00, (interrupted - of course - by home-made lunch, and refreshment stops!) Home-made Dinner - with wine if desired - is served around 7.00.
After breakfast on Friday there is a final 3 hour session, followed by an end of course Lunch
The cost for full board and a minimum of 20 hours tuition is £395 per person. (if you are sharing with a partner who does not wish to participate we're happy to reduce this price by £95)

Beginning at 9.30, tuition runs until about 1, when we'll break for home-made lunch and a glass of wine. The next session begins shortly after, and finishes about 3.30 with an appraisal of work done.
The cost for the day, (five hours tuition, refreshments and Lunch), is £45.

The cost of each ten week course is just £50 per student (we do request that this is paid in advance). For those who wish to guarantee further courses, we welcome pre-booking of more than one ten-week block
Each course has ten 2-hour sessions. A maximum class size of eight ensures ample individual attention.
