Hafod House – originally a Victorian Hotel, known as the ‘Temperance' – has been lovingly converted to private residence, and has for the past thirty years been home to Gail, myself and our five children. They've now flown the nest, but remain frequent visitors, together with their partners and our grandchildren.

Whilst not offering en-suite facilities or all the trappings of 'posh hotels' (see tripadvisor) we pride ourselves in offering simple pleasures - excellent home-made food, first rate tuition, and the warmest of welcomes into our home.

Attached to the house are rambling terraced gardens, paved sitting and dining places, grassed areas, a greenhouse and vegetable patch, as well as the purpose built Art studio. We have three dogs: Kipper, Turk and Bella, and one cat - Min.

A maximum of two couples, or two single guests, are accomodated in two bedrooms in the family home. They have their own sitting room, and meals are served in the guest dining room or alfresco
